Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping options & estimated delivery
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at goddesspenelope0@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & exchanges
For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
